Want to know more? You’ve come to the right place!

veritas: (noun, Latin) Truth

So what is The Veritas Creative? Great question! (We knew you were smart and that we liked you, so thanks for asking.) The Veritas Creative is the consulting and strategy arm of The Veritas Network, the media suite founded by bestselling author Jonathon M. Seidl. (More on him below.) Everything we do is built on honesty and truth (veritas).

Here’s what that means in simple terms:

The Veritas Creative exists to amplify your story, whether that’s you as an individual or you as an organization.

We work with entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, influencers, non-profits, churches, ministries, C-suite individuals, major corporations, and everyone in between to create clarity and craft strategies that meet your strategic goals. And we’re never afraid to be honest about what that takes, what that looks like, and even why you have been missing the mark.

In short, we help you get unstuck—whatever that looks like.

That’s the gist!

OK, OK, we’ll give you a little more. Here’s some specific examples of just some of the things we do:

  • Need to figure out what your next step is in your career? Done.

  • Need to figure out what makes your organization unique? Done

  • Need recommendations on how to use and integrate AI and ChatGPT? Done.

  • Need to grow your platform? Done.

  • Need to figure out what’s been blocking you? Done.

  • Need to tell your organization’s story? Done

  • Need a social media strategy? Done.

  • Need some help casting vision to your board? Done.

  • Need help finding your next CEO or team member? Done.

  • Need help rallying your team around a goal? Done.

  • Need helping launching your e-course? Done.

  • Need a two-day, off-site strategy session? Done.

  • Need ongoing coaching? Done.

  • Need help writing? Done.

  • Need help finding your “North Star”? Done.

Does that help? We thought so!

But here’s the best part: whether you see what you’re looking for or not on that list, we tailor everything to what you need. Maybe you need a combination of these things. Great! Maybe there’s something you need that’s not specifically on the list. That’s even better! We love taking our expertise and applying it to whatever problem you need to solve.

About our founder

Jonathon M. Seidl (Jon) has spent 15 years in digital media and is the founder of The Veritas Network, a suite of media ventures aimed at telling stories while offering hope and redemption. In his lifetime, he’s written over 10,000 stories, first after helping start the top-50 news site TheBlaze in 2010, then as the editor-in-chief of the popular non-profit I Am Second. He writes, speaks, and consults on the power of storytelling, radical vulnerability, faith, mental health, and addiction.

His dedication to storytelling is rooted in the freedom he’s experienced from being radically vulnerable about his own life. In fact, in 2024 he revealed long battle with alcohol and explained how he was a Christian who became an alcoholic, not the other way around. His personal story—from spiraling into addiction to how he climbed out of it— is the focus of his next book, “Confessions of a Christian Alcoholic,” which launches October 7, 2025.

In 2016, Jon also opened up about his mental health struggles, which include clinical diagnoses of anxiety and OCD. He has become an ardent supporter of mental health awareness and is especially a strong voice for how the Christian church can better handle the issue. His book on the topic, Finding Rest: A Survivor’s Guide to Navigating the Valleys of Anxiety, Faith, and Life, was released in 2021. It quickly became a #1 Amazon bestseller and #1 new release in several mental health categories, including the #67 bestselling book on all of Amazon.

Jon has worked with some of media and culture’s biggest names and organizations—including Arthur BrooksGlenn BeckKirk Cameron, and Chip and Joanna Gaines—and has served on the launch teams for several digital media startups, as well as directed videos, and written scripts. He worked as the managing editor of Kirk Cameron's TheCourage, where he oversaw content and material focused on faith, family, and culture, and also served as the editor-in-chief of I Am Second, a Christian non-profit that tells stories of incredible life transformation. Throughout it all, Jon has seen how the power of storytelling and radical vulnerability can transform people, businesses, and culture, especially after sharing his own story.

Jon graduated from The King's College - New York City with a degree in politics, philosophy, and economics, and spent a total of seven years living in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. He is currently fishing his masters degree in theological studies from Southwestern Seminary (SWBTS)

Currently he writes inspiring stories and daily devotionals at The Veritas Daily (part of The Veritas Network), hosts a podcast called “Confessions of a Christian Alcoholic,” and consults businesses, leaders, churches, ministries, and non-profits on how to get clarity and tell their stories via his consulting arm, The Veritas Creative.

Originally from Wisconsin, he lives in Dallas, TX, with his wife, Brett, and his young children, Annie and Jack.
